Because our products are consumable dog chews, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.


No Returns on Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
